Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, affirmatively accepting these Terms through the acceptance screen, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the Service.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service.
• If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit account creation by children under 13.
• You must not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

3. Description of Service

Fantasy Analytic Network provides fantasy football research and decision-support tools, which may include:

• Player rankings
• Player analysis and profiles
• Statistical projections
• Draft tools and live draft rooms
• League setup and league management tools
• Cheat sheets and personal rankings
• FAN Model outputs and factor explanations
• Statistical information and usage data
• Draft recommendations
• Additional weekly fantasy tools that may be added in the future

Features may be added, changed or removed over time.

4. Fantasy Football Disclaimer

• Rankings are opinions and analytical outputs, not statements of fact.
• Projections are estimates and will differ from actual results.
• Recommendations are not guarantees of any outcome.
• NFL injuries, depth chart changes, coaching decisions, trades, suspensions, weather, roster moves and other unexpected events can make information inaccurate or outdated at any time.
• You remain solely responsible for your own fantasy football decisions, including drafting, trading, starting and roster management.

Fantasy Analytic Network does not guarantee fantasy performance, league results, contest results, prizes, winnings, draft outcomes or any financial outcome.

5. Gambling Disclaimer

Fantasy Analytic Network is a fantasy football analysis and research product. The Service does not operate a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not process bets or contest entries.

Information provided by Fantasy Analytic Network is not gambling, betting, investment, legal, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for complying with all laws, contest rules and platform rules applicable to your own activities, wherever you are located.

6. Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Protect your credentials and any connected sign-in provider account.
• Keep any multi-factor authentication factors secure and under your control.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
• Promptly report suspected unauthorized access to your account.

Do not share your credentials or authentication factors with others. Credential sharing undermines account security and may result in suspension where security or abuse concerns justify it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or harvest content without authorization.
• Perform bulk or automated extraction of rankings, projections or other data.
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas or other technical restrictions.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization or database row-level security.
• Access APIs or endpoints without authorization.
• Reverse engineer protected systems, except where such restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
• Conduct security attacks, including injection, brute force, denial of service or privilege escalation attempts.
• Upload or transmit malware or other harmful code.
• Abuse, harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate any person.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or with other users' use of it.
• Republish or resell content commercially without authorization.
• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to third-party rights described below, we retain rights in:

• Fantasy Analytic Network branding and the FAN mark
• FAN Model branding and methodology
• Original ranking systems, tiering and scoring approaches
• Original formulas and model designs, to the extent protectable
• Site design, layout and user interface
• Software and source code
• Written analysis and editorial content
• Database selection, structure and organization
• Original graphics and visualizations

We claim no ownership of NFL trademarks, team names or marks, player names, player likenesses or publicity rights, or any third-party material. All third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the Service, including league names, fantasy team names, private notes, cheat sheet notes and other information you enter.

You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, back up, transmit and display that content back to you and to those you share a league with, so that we can operate and support the Service. We do not claim broad ownership of your content and we do not use it to make public claims about you.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive or otherwise violates these Terms.

10. Third-Party Data and Services

The Service may rely on approved external data providers, infrastructure providers and other third-party services. The availability, accuracy, timeliness and completeness of third-party data are outside our full control.

Third-party services may change their terms, modify access, become unavailable or discontinue entirely. We do not promise continued access to any specific external data provider or third-party integration.

11. Service Changes and Availability

We may, at our discretion:

• Modify or remove features
• Perform maintenance
• Impose limits to prevent abuse
• Suspend functionality temporarily
• Discontinue parts of the Service

We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, with or without notice where circumstances reasonably require it, for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Security threats or attempted compromise of the Service
• Fraud or abuse
• Illegal activity
• Repeated interference with other users

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all information within it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and you may have additional rights.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

This includes, to the extent permitted by applicable law, losses relating to:

• Fantasy football decisions you make
• Reliance on projections, rankings, tiers or recommendations
• Inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Account compromise not caused by our failure to meet legally required standards
• Third-party services, data providers or platforms
• Lost opportunities
• League, contest, draft or prize outcomes

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your illegal activity, your violation of third-party rights, or content you submit.

16. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

17. Changes to These Terms

These Terms are versioned. Each published version is stored with its version number and effective date, and published versions are never silently rewritten. When we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice through the Service.

Where a new version is published as requiring re-acceptance, you will be asked to affirmatively accept it before continuing to use authenticated features. Your previous acceptance history is retained.

18. Governing Law

These Terms do not include an arbitration clause, jury-trial waiver or class-action waiver. Those provisions require specific attorney review before being added.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on that subject.
